At PIF Online, we use a shopping cart system. This convenient
shopping method allows you to add more than one item to a "cart". After you've selected the items you
want, simply view your cart and click the checkout button. You will then be taken through steps to finalize your
order. It's that simple!
How do
I add an item to my cart? | In order to add
a particular item to your shopping cart, all you need to do is click the "Add to Cart" button to the
right of each item description. Once you do, a window will open with your "basket" showing what items

What
does View Cart mean? | The view cart button
allows you to view all the items you've ordered. Let's say you ordered a CD and clicked the continue shopping button.
You could browse the rest of the site and come back later to click "View Cart". Your items will still

When will
my order ship? | All orders placed before 1:00
PM CST Monday through Friday are usually shipped the same day. Weekend orders are shipped the following Monday.
Note: Payments by ECheck generally
take longer due to funds clearing from your bank.

Can I send
my order to another address? | Perhaps you
want to send an order as a gift or send to an alternate address. The paypal system, however, asks for the billing
address of your credit card. In order to send a different address with your order, simply use the comments section
during checkout. Provide the address, city, state, and zip code within the comments and we will ship to the desired
